Our main products are single and double side white film paper, printing and packaging coils and other disposable paper cups, paper bowls, catering boxes and other semi-finished products. Among them, the printing adopts the international advanced environment-friendly flexo printing technology and equipment, the printing ink chooses the non-toxic and odorless water-based ink, fully embodies the advanced production technology and the concept of environmental protection.
PE Coated Paper Sheet Production Process:
1. RAW PAPER-We will purchase raw materials according to the customer's requirements for paper. The customer only needs to tell us the gram weight and width of the paper needed. We also have many brands of raw paper.
2. PE COATING-When we get raw paper, will begin coating PE according to customer's requirement of PE weight. Single PE or Double PE all can do, usually one day can produce 200 tons.
3. PE&PAPER COMBINATION-The process of coating is to heat the PE to cover the surface of the paper, then PE & paper will combination.
4. PACKAGING-After the coating PE is finished, the workers will weigh the PE coated paper roll, and then pack it with thick brown paper, and pack it with plastic film to reinforce the package.
5. FINISHED PRODUCT-After the production of the PE coated paper roll is completed, we will label the roll of paper. Finally, we just need to wait for the container to arrive at our factory for loading, when load roll can with pallets, all according to customers' requirement
